Delivery Policy

Items of office furniture can take up to five working days from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 5pm due to the size and weight of the item.

If for any reason we cannot deliver your office equipment order within this time period we will attempt to contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

There may be an extra charge for delivering to some remote postcodes. We'll tell you immediately if this applies to your order, and won't process it without your approval.

Delivering furniture and safes is a heavy business. Our couriers are insured to deliver these only to the ground floor of a building. Because our safes are so heavy, we can't deliver them if there are problems of access: stairs, door size, etc.

There's an extra charge when delivering a safe, and there may be a further charge if access is difficult, but we'll ask you about access when you order

VAT

For customers residing in Jersey and Guernsey, please note; any items purchased from the Aabro website are inclusive of VAT. This is a UK registered website and we have no legal obligation to supply items with zero vat. All queries relating to VAT should be made to HM Customs on 0845 0109000.
