Returns Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE VIA E MAIL TO RETURNS@AABRO.CO.UK AND INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER THE DATE RECEIVED AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. ONCE RETURNS E MAILS ARE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E MAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS MAIL PLEASE CONTACT US AS YOUR MAIL MAY HAVE BEEN CLASSED AS SPAM AND THEREFORE UNTRACEABLE.

Returns within 14 days

Items which have been wrongly ordered (not required) will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods or £6.95 whichever is the higher. The original delivery charge if any is not re-fundable. In the case of items classed as furniture including filing cabinets desks and pedestals a re stocking fee of 20% + £6.95 applies.

If any items are damaged or missing from your order, please let us know within three working days of delivery.

Returns after 14 days
We can only accept unwanted items after 14 days at our discretion and for less than the full credit value.

Checklist: returning unwanted items
Please make sure :
The item is in its original box
The box has not been opened
The box has no writing or markings on it

Goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale or do not match the returns requested will not be credited.

Food and drink returns
Sorry, we cannot accept any food or drinks returns – including biscuits, coffee and water – because of health and safety regulations.

Please note that returns can only be collected from the original dlivery address. If this is not possible it is your responsibility to return this item and incur costs involved in doing so.
